Paris - Moulin Rouge

Well that was value for money! Like Belly Dancing in Turkey, the Moulin Rouge is a tourists must see. The show was terrific. As well as the well choreographed dancing, poneys and swimming with snakes, it also included three acts, a juggler on speed, a couple balancing act (must be married) and a multilingual ventriloquist. The performers costumes were bright and outragious. The performance of the Can Can was eye watering and excellent. All very worthwhile despite waiting in line for over half an hour and then being crushed into the venue like sardines. Actually when I reflect on it, waiting in line and being crushed into a venue is the tourist's lament!
