Who said having your cake and eating it wasn't fun! I started the first of my Cake Decorating classes last night. In our first lesson we played with Sugar Paste making the beginnings of rose buds and cutting out colourful stars and hearts.
We were shown and got to decorate a sponge cake with mock cream.I took the cake in to work to show off my limited cake decorating skills and then we ate the masterpiece.
