Now on our journey home to Australia via Dubai (still hot) and an overnight stay in Singapore, at last we have a motel room with an iron! Taking this overnight opportunity to catch up on any jet lag, we traveled by train from our hotel to spend the evening in China Town, here we enjoyed a delicious Asian meal, a painful back and neck massage and shopping for curios to add to our already groaning suitcases.
On the morning of 10 October we will arrive back in Australia and our 2009 Tour of Italy and the UK will have officially ended.
