Tasmania in November 2010

Amy and I spent a week holidaying in Tasmania in November. We had a wonderful time exploring old haunts and new.
Speaking of haunts our first night i
n Hobart was spent enjoying the spooky pleasure of a ghost
tour of the old suburb Battery Point.

We visited the stunning natural and man-made landscapes of Port Arthur, Cape Maingon, Remarkable Cave,
Tasman Arch, Hells Kitchen, Eagle Hawk Neck, Low Head
and Bruny Island to name just a handful.

Being spring the wild flower were well and truly in full bloom.

We dined on Tasmania's wonderfully fresh and varied food such as smoked salmon, smoked cheese, soups, fish/chips and raspberries.

The weather was refreshingly cold through to gloriously warm.
